Rick is a Houston native, born and bred. He graduated from Reagan HS in 1974 and joined the USMC, serving 6 years.
RZV Ltd, Co dba Texas Landscape Company, is a Minority and Disabled Veteran Owned Business, established in 1995, by founder Richard Villarreal.
With over twenty years of managerial experience and a commitment to quality, Mr. Villarreal set the objectives of developing and expanding a world-class landscaping and maintenance operation. He currently manages multiple and extensive commercial and city projects within the Houston metropolitan area.
He and his wife Olga have been married for 40 years and are very active in philanthropy, especially the Shriners Hospital for Children.

Texas Landscape Company offers the services of landscape and irrigation design and installation. Our services include creating a new landscape or updating and maintaining the appearance and health of an existing one.
We consider our clients our partners. As such, services are tailored to the specific needs of both them and their properties. Our uniformed crews along with picture identification, are well equipped to perform routine duties as well as those that are not standard, including the expert application of fertilizers and pesticides.
